Small gaps that cost real time and money
Orders sit unconfirmed
On Odyssey, the Net-30 clock doesn't start until an order is confirmed, so a stuck order is money that hasn't started moving.
Status lives in five tabs
Invoices, marketplace orders, family emails and your own spreadsheet rarely agree with each other.
Admin eats teaching time
Every hour spent chasing a confirmation is an hour not spent with students.
Three steps, the same every time
The actual workflow, start to finish. Nothing to install.
Send what's open
Forward or export your pending TEFA invoices and marketplace orders.

I prepare and track each invoice and order, and flag anything stuck waiting on confirmation.

Order tracking with an audit trail
Every invoice and order gets a status, a date it changed and a note on what happened next.
Stuck-order flags
Anything waiting on confirmation past a few days is pulled to the top with the next step spelled out.

Free pilot: I'll handle your open TEFA invoices and orders this month.
Free for your first batch, then simple flat pricing quoted upfront before you commit.
No cost. I just want your honest take on whether it actually helps day to day, and if it doesn't, that's just as useful to hear.
Matt Breen
I'm Matt Breen, and I started ESA Billing Desk because TEFA paperwork looked like a real time drain for small education providers. This is a new service, and I'm looking for a few providers to try it and tell me straight whether it helps.
Why I built this. By day I'm a full-time account executive, and I build things like this at night. From the outside, TEFA order paperwork looked like a real time sink for small providers, and it seemed like something one careful person could take off their plate. I'd rather find out from you whether that's true than guess.
Straight answers
Who are you?
I'm Matt Breen, the founder. ESA Billing Desk is a small, new, independent service that I run myself, from New York. You deal with me directly.
What does it cost?
Free for your first batch, then simple flat pricing quoted upfront before you commit. No card needed to start.
What do you need from me?
An export or forwarded list of your open TEFA invoices and marketplace orders, plus your marketplace vendor view if you want me to check status with you. No student records.
Do you contact my customers?
No. I don't contact families. Anything that needs a family or the program is flagged for you to handle, with the next step written out.
How do I opt out?
Reply "no" to any email from me and I won't email you again. You can also ask me to delete anything you've sent by writing to matt@esabillingdesk.com, and I will.
